The factory is one of its kind in Africa. It is equipped with ultra-modern facilities and has an automated block making machine capable of producing various types of hollow blocks, interlocks, pavers, and curb stones amongst others.

The factory leverages on the experiential knowledge of a wide cross section of construction experts within the Banksome group.

It is one of its kind in West Africa. It is fully equipped with modern facilities and has a wide range of automated block-making machines, capable of producing various types of hollow blocks, interlocks, pavers, kerb stones, etc.

Our Capacity Per 8-hour Production Is As Follows:

• Interlocking stones – 33,000 – 40,000
• 9-inch blocks – 6,000 – 8,000
• 6-inch blocks – 14,000 – 16,000

The Banksome Bricks & Blocks factory lays within 3 hectares of land in the heart of Ibeju Lekki Industrial area and is in close proximity to the Lekki free trade zone.
The factory’s state of the art computer-batching system, automatic block-making mechanism and indirect thermal fluid system for accelerated curing ensures high strength in a short time as well as providing a shorter delivery cycle. The factory also has a well-equipped storage area spanning over 2,500 sqm.

The main features of the factory’s automated qt 10 brick and block making machine include:

• Germany Siemens PLC control system and Siemens touch screen
• High-dynamic proportional and directional valves
• High-pressure and soft oil pipes with easy installation
• Multi-shaft rotating and compulsory feeding
• Integrated structure of vibrating and moulding platforms
• Double-line aero vibration-proof system
• Heavy duty machine frame
